Driving without Insurance

In New Jersey, it is illegal to drive an automobile that is registered or "principally garaged" in the State of New Jersey without insurance. Under NJSA 39:6B-2, a conviction for driving a car without liability insurance carries extremely severe penalties including a ONE-YEAR loss of your New Jersey driving privileges. A second or subsequent conviction for driving without insurance will result in a TWO-YEAR suspension of your New Jersey driving privileges, as well as mandatory jail time.

If you have received a criminal charge or traffic ticket in Basking Ridge, Bernards Township, Bridgewater, Montville, Morristown and Rockaway Borough it is crucial that you consult with a New Jersey lawyer. I have considerable experience in handling all criminal and traffic matters.
